Whats the best to weight..... Every day or once a week?

totally your preference. I weigh myself daily because I like to know how alcohol/hormones and different foods/medicine etc affect me... I bloat easily and I know this because I weigh in daily so I know what foods my body likes or reacts badly to. some people prefer weekly weigh ins because seeing the scale go up and down on a daily basis can be emotionally distributive if you're not geared up for it. like I know that if I eat bread or drink alcohol I easily weigh 1 or more kgs the next day - it doesn't upset me (anymore) because I am mindful of what I did the day before.

Trick question Magdaleen87. I weigh several times throughout the week but only record once a week. There are several factors that will make your weight go up and down throughout the week and it helps to weigh under the same conditions every time to increase the accuracy of your readings.

I weigh every morning when I get up and every evening before I go to bed

Every morning and u record everytime you see a change

I weigh myself the last 5 days of the month then take the average of the 5 days.

I prefer to weigh and log daily. Motivates me to keep going for the day. If the scale shows an increase, I know to drink more water and be very careful with what goes in my mouth 😅 Everyone is different with their journey, find what works for you 😉

Generally I gather up the courage to weigh once a week unless I'm feeling anxious and then I want to skip even that

Thank you all. I appreciate it so much. Every one is different. But i think its only dissipline your self if you weigh in every day so you can see what you do right or wrong. Thanks
