I made a pork & vegetable curry. To be honest, I’ve taken control of my diet completely. The wife had another massive drop last week 7lbs on slimming world...they’ve got spaghetti bolognese. Sunday’s. Are for curry now.

yum. I wish I could do pasta. I'm looking into other options. I do like the meat sauce but I don't have to have them. sometimes just marinara is what I crave.

I usually do the same as week, Mitch. I did eat tonight Superbowl party, 3 Nunn's with bbq venison. I can feel the white bread start to bother me. I'll have to take stomache med.
