Losing 4 kegs has made my walks faster
Can get further on my 50 minute walk than before. 25 mins out then back I can get to a further point in that time. Another 2-3 kg and I will step up to the hour 👍
From past experiences roughly every 6-7 kilos is a dress size
So already my clothes fitting better
Have a wardrobe of size 10-12 just waiting to be worn again. Lol
Good inspiration. And an overseas trip in 32 weeks time. An even better inspiration
