Eating a bit more variety of foods now instead of sticking just to what I know. Am using the exercise bike every night, and feeling like King Kong when I get up each day. Amazed what a huge difference it makes to have breakfast every morning (I always used to skip it and rush out the door to work). Have started mixing bran with my porridge oats, and that's great too. Instead of snacking last thing at night, I just go to bed thinking how great breakfast will be!
