I've noticed since I moved to fatsecret that I loose a lot of weight - then my body stalls. This stall usually happens (almost) once every 30 days, and lasts for about 10 - 15 days.
This time, instead of continuing to diet through this stall, I decided to move to OWL. I couldn't believe it - Aug 12 started the stall. Aug 16 I started OWL. Aug 28 I had gone up and down, but I am only 1 lb heavier.
This is 1 lb compared to the last 3 months where I continued a strict diet through the 'stalled' period.
I just wanted to share this with other people who have been on induction for a long time and may have similar experiences.
TIPS --Record your food and exercise daily --Record your water consumption --Journal daily so you can go back and 'remember' things and find your own trends. --Record your weight EVEN IF IT DOESN'T change. (This is how I saw the trends. I would have missed it if I didn't force myself to weigh in every day or every 2 - 3 days.
I feel better having done OWL for 2 weeks. I wouldn't have lost any weight anyway. And I haven't gained. I got to have 2 treats. I had one day that I binged and blew my diet.
This morning I noticed the scale start to creap down I was pumped and 'motivated' to start my next weight drop. I am not tired like last time, and my skin tone looks better and younger.
(I don't know if I lose inches in these stalls - but I think I do)
