Work, work, and more work! It has been stupid busy the last couple of days and will be for at least another 3 days. I feel as if I am chained to my desk, so running has totally been out of the question. I think if I can sneak in 2 runs this week I'll be lucky.
As we are all too aware when life gets this busy our healthy food choices go out the window. So today I caved and we had McDonald's for dinner (first time in 6 months). I don't drink soda so I guess there's that, I really enjoyed my Big Mac though! 🍔
