Steamed diet is awesome.. Steamed Chicken thigh (fat removed) and Brussel Sprouts with garlic, Ginger, 1 chili pepper, turmeric, and Yup.. SRIRACHA SAUCE! YUMMM No oil added. Gosh 2 things i'm enjoying about my journey.. steaming and sriracha sauce.
