Weight down by 7 pounds in first week due to water loss I'm sure. I didn't exercise on my two days off. Only one I hurt is me. I think I will tell my daughter to tell me it's for her. I do better doing for other's. I know that sounds bad but, for now it might work. I can't get excited about the gym. I'm not eating enough calories/meals. I need to shop; payday tomorrow. I still am ending up with too many carbs according to the food calculator. So, I m afraid to eat more too. I end up eating nuts or drinking coffee with cream. I work a double shift tonight/16 hours. then the gym in a.m. I do better going from work even after a double shift.
