Well, there’s significantly less soreness today than what I usually have after a strength training workout, but I’m hesitant to say for sure it was the protein. For all I know I just didn’t push myself hard enough, or as hard as I normally do. I have a very hard time judging my level of effort/exertion. That and if I’m hungry or full. Although I’m getting much better about the hungry, it doesn’t sneak up on me as much as it used to. Fullness, still an issue. My birthday dinner was a prime example, Japanese Hibachi is another ‘like death’ for a diet. But in the end, even after stuffing myself to the point where my hubby could roll me to the car, I didn’t do as much damage as I could have, the scale says so!

I did juice again today, after my swim. I also got in my run for the 8K training. Went over on the eating, I just couldn’t really get it under control. Don’t know if it was a mental thing or an actual body telling me what I need thing.

And yes, I’m proud of my second journal entry.
