Thankfully, last night's pizza didn't make me hold onto any extra water weight. Maintenance is going alright and i don't feel fearful that it will come back. Of course, I know that can change pretty quickly if I don't stay disciplined 85% of the time. However, my day-to-day diet is not super restrictive; I just stay mindful of what I eat (which is why tracking is so key) and balance out my meals if I want to have not so healthy foods. Fortunately, I naturally like eating cleaner foods, so that helps.
