Been off the grid for a couple days. Got a new phone and couldn't login to fs.....but I'm back!!! I was afraid I was going to have to start all over, that was a little stressful. I am a little scared to get on the scale but don't think I went off the rails too bad. I will weigh in the morning and log it.
I start working tomorrow so I think I will need a planned approach to my diet. I have cut veggies, nuts and fruits to munch and planned breakfast and dinner so fingers crossed 🤞
