I can't bring myself to weigh in. Easter dinner put me on a path of not being accountable for my actions. I have been on a devil may care trip again. So today I am back - once again being accountable for my actions and what I eat. Today I am once again choosing health rather than instant gratification. Today I am convinced that this is not just another diet but rather a live-long journey. Today I am choosing health. One day at a time. Have a healthy day.

I love what you wrote here!! It is all about choices right? Last week I chose to eat a fast food lunch and felt miserable after - physically and emotionally..... Like you, I will try to chose health one day at a time!! thanks for posting this!
