Hey all, Been losing weight for 4months now, i've lost 35lbs for the past month i have been on an eating plan consisting of 1200 cal per day as recommended by an NHS consultant, i see a weight specialist dietition once a month, she's fab :) My plan of action this month is to measure myself, write down what benefits i can already see or/and feel already and to read this before i dish out my meals, all about focus and motivation, i am fighting my un-natural urge to sabotage myself.... Whats that all about eh???
Kept busy by my two daughters ages 9yrs & 10months... Yep huge gap! Due to 2nd marriage to toyboy ;-)
If all else fails I MUST REMEMBER TO;- DRINK MORE !!!! (Water not wine lol)
