i have not bought the book yet i will be buying it over the weekend to start on monday. I will be getting the extreme fat smash diet i hoping it does not leave me feeling weak. other diets have done that and i work out 6 days a week. 3 days of weight training and 6 days of cardio. I know that I am losing fat and gaining muscle but i have a goal of losing 2 pounds a week for 5 weeks. 10 pounds for my birthday nov 17th. i am 160 now and want to be 150 by that time. my eating routine is really out of wack because my job is mostly on the road.

Your bio sound like you are a very committed person. This is a very good diet and it does not leave you hungry at all. Best of luck to you. Remember, we are all here to support each other and keep spirits up.
