This FS tool has been a key factor in losing weight and now in keeping me in my happy weight range. I don't find logging my food or activity a chore and it keeps me on track primarily with my pie hole! When I see my calories start nearing too close to my RDI limit I know it's time to pull back. Plus reading everyone's successes really encourages me to not overeat.

I agree with you. I have never found a more convenient and cleverly implemented diet tool. I love being able to look at other peoples food intake when they are on the same diet as well so that I know that what works for them might work for me as well.

Yeah, me too...I find it interesting going through different member profiles and what they are getting up to. We can all learn from each other and know that hey if they can do it so can I! My competitive nature coming out there. 😊

I agree. I'd lost 50lb by time I found this site but was going about it very haphazard. I like the journaling and sharing ideas with others as well as getting a better understanding of the nutrients in food beyond 'cal & fat' - the two things I used to focus on the most. I'm sure I'd have continued losing despite here but I don't think I'd have evolved to a spot where I feel as confident as I do now about the choices I'm making.
