*Perkedel jagung tahu :
Tahu : 30gr
Jagung manis : 50gr
Baput bubuk : 1/4 sdt
Merica bubuk : sesuai selera
Cabe bubuk : 1/4 sdt
Sedikit garam
Telur : 1btr medium
***Ulek tahu & jagung manis sesuai keinginan,campur semua bumbu & telur yg sudah dikocok. Aduk rata. Lalu goreng dgn teflon.
Kalo ak pake minyak kelapa 5ml,buat Baluran teflonnya.gapake jg bisa kok,ga bakal lengket.

*Ayam rebus teflon :
Dada ayam mentah : 60gr
Utk bumbu sama persis kaya Perkedelnya,cuma ga pake telor.
Balurin ayam dgn bumbu ,tambahkan air minum 1/2 gelas kecil.
Diamkan kurleb 30menit.
Siapkan teflon tanpa minyak,masukin ayam & sisa air bumbunya, tutup pake tutup panci.
Masak dengan api kecil.5menit aj. terus ayam dibalik,tunggu lagi kurleb 10 menit atau sampe air meresap.
Beres deh..
