Jornal de Josie Ann, 25 mar 13

I ran only 3.5 miles this morning and it felt awful! My body could simply not get get into it today and I saw no point in trying to go the whole 5 miles. Not 100% sure why some run days are like this, but as tomorrow is a rest day, Wednesday should be better as it can't get much worse.

I also need to keep my carbs down as I've allowed myself to indulge in too much of the white stuff this past week. I stay within my RDI on most days, but as we all know the crappy carbs in whatever form leads us to overeat and cravings. Bad for us and leads to us wanting even more carbs! Stupid carbs! I just wish it didn't taste so good. I really have to break the deadly carb cycle now!

Awesome job on the running! I know, some days its like all you can do is a 3 or 4 mile run and others 5 and 6 seem easy. I like to just take those days as they come and know that it will even out. Keep up the great work!

I'm not a runner so I'm in awe of you ~ if I did that much in one day I'd be alerting the news!

Oh Bella you make me laugh! Yes, somedays running just sucks, and even on good days I don't really enjoy it - I just robotically do it. It burns calories the best and I figure I have to do something if I want to keep chocolate in my life!

You nailed it on the head with the carbs. I wondered why I felt so much better and less hungry when not eating them. Now I know its not just me.
