Aku Auto imun, dlu sebelum diet yg bener. ak sering sakit. tiap hari sakit kepala,mual,ga enak badan terus.
1,5 bln ini ak diet, mencoba yg terbaik. makan makanan sehat 80% clean & minim olahan pabrik. ga lupa olahraga minimal 3x seminggu. semenjak itu ga pernah sakit.
tiba2 semalem ga enak badan.,pusing. ok..ak bawa tidur. bagun2 pusing makin parah. ga ngerti deh.. aku knp? bingung...krn udh lama ga sakit.
