Infused a lot of carbs into my meals this week and I see the results on the scale and in the mirror. while muscles look fuller mid section looks puffy and bloated. All good stuff too (cept one piece of carvel ice cream cake!). So am going to have to find a happy medium as i really like the way I was looking. This week going to cut the carbs back out cept for training days and see what the results bring.
