Okay this is officially Day One for me of the South Beach/ low carb challenge! First thing I did today is replace my normal breakfast of cereal with an Egg Beater omelet filled with tomato, scallions, and low fat cheddar cheese. Go me. :)
I packed my lunch today, very healthy/low carb stuff. I can do this, and so can Bailey!!! So glad we are buddied up for this.
THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY: 1) Back on the right track for weight loss 2) Came up w/ an idea to help my friend with her business 3) 12 glorious days left before school starts
