Okay this is officially Day One for me of the South Beach/ low carb challenge! First thing I did today is replace my normal breakfast of cereal with an Egg Beater omelet filled with tomato, scallions, and low fat cheddar cheese. Go me. :)

I packed my lunch today, very healthy/low carb stuff. I can do this, and so can Bailey!!! So glad we are buddied up for this.

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) Back on the right track for weight loss
2) Came up w/ an idea to help my friend with her business
3) 12 glorious days left before school starts

You can do this Chris and once you get your menu's planned you will be rocking and rolling. Hope your first day went well!
