Hmm.
Well after a good start to the weekend (Saturday when I realised I lost another pound), I don't know why I got back on the scale this morning to see I was 2 pounds heavier. True, I was busting for a wee but still! I must admit, I haven't been that disciplined about logging all my food or exercise. I find when I was putting everything down I thought a lot about my choices and was motivated when I saw my net calorie loss each day. Must get back on the ball and be very disciplined about food and exercise.
Lesson learned. I forgive myself and will start again.
