hihi iya betul tempe sumber protein yg bagus plus murah ini rasanya hampir mirip sate ayam haha

kalau mau bikin ini bikin saus kacangnya dlu
- 2 SDM kacang tanah disangrai pake minyak dikit
- 2 cabe merah atau rawit pedas sesuai selera ya
- 1 bawang putih disangrai dlu bareng kacang
- 1 sdm gula aren diiris tipis-tipis
- garam secukupnya
Alusin semuanya pake blender atau food processor lantas direbus dengan segelas air Sampe mengental
setelah jadi, tempe yang udah dipotong2 bisa direndam dlu pake saus kacang secukupnya aja boleh kasih kecap manis satu sendok makan trus dibakar di grill pan atau teflon sampai matang.. jadi deh
