Going into Ottawa, so won’t be weighing for a week. I will be staying with my mother who lives in a senior retirement home. Their diet choices are often high in sugar and starch. I will attempt to IF until dinner every night and close my eyes to the scrumptious desserts- unless it is all chocolate.
