Gz9gjg & Tatauu, thank you, my husband and I did batch cooking this afternoon. We made enough for several meals and we're able to freeze some of it to pull out later. The zucchini quiche is one I've been making for 35 years, and creamy chicken with cheesy brussels sprouts I got off Pinterest 4h

Gz9gjg, crustless quiche muffins are great. I don't eat the crust on these. I like to make them in my mini muffin pan. We just had a frozen pie shell we needed to use so my husband eats the shell. :-) LOL
