The tenderness went away just in time for the intense cramping to arrive.

I did get a treadmill today and should be set up tomorrow.

Foundva low xarb biscuit recipe to try. If it works I may see chicken and dumplings in my future.....one of my favorites. If it is a worthy recipe I will report back.

Wow, you are really going through the ringer with your stomach. Sooo sorry. Hope you can figure it out soon. Not good to let that go too long. Congrads on the treadmill!!!! Congrats on the treadmill Jaime, you'll love it. Got mine set up yesterday so it's already for my 1 hour this morning and I can hardly wait. Sure hope your feeling better, you've had a rough go the last few days. Wish we could find an easy solution to this constipation issue as I sure do feel your pain!
