I have been doing Hip Hop abs for 9 days, and did 30 Laps in a friend's pool. I have lost 2 lbs and 8 inches in overall body measurements. WOOT WOOT!!! lol. Patting myself on back for sticking with it and being happy with it.

Thank You, i can feel the pats on the back lol, I am glad i tried this DVD, i have actually enjoyed working out to them, even my son does it with me some time he likes the dancing, and laughing at me for dancing lol
