Week 3 of left shoulder injury. Changing hand position on lifts to force external rotation of the shoulder has help the heeling process dramatically. Weight lifted has also been reduce by 50% and switched to dumbbell work to isolate shoulder workouts. Pain is almost gone today So I added another 5 lbs to lifts today. Still playing it safe though.
