Well, for not journaling for Saturday and afraid to on Sunday, I still lost 1 lb. Not gang busters, but sure better than gaining! I ate out 3 times this week which is unusual, pizza, mexican, and Applebees yesterday. I tried to be careful even though eating out that much but 1 pound wasn't much.

Well that is awesome though! Shows that you are still doing something right. A friend told me that any loss is progress, keep that in mind!

Think about it! You ate out 3 times this week and still lost a pound. How amazing is that? In the past, you may have thrown caution to the wind and ordered whatever and gained. But you ate out and lost. It means your making positive healthy changes that you can live with. Celebrate every loss!! Great job!
