Well, for not journaling for Saturday and afraid to on Sunday, I still lost 1 lb. Not gang busters, but sure better than gaining! I ate out 3 times this week which is unusual, pizza, mexican, and Applebees yesterday. I tried to be careful even though eating out that much but 1 pound wasn't much.
