This is my third day going to the gym in the morning. I thought I would really hate it. But surprisingly, I don't! It makes me feel like I've accomplished something as soon as I'm on my way. I feel happy walking over, and so proud of myself when I'm done. I was going to try it only for a two day period to see how I did - but it's going good... I'm going to extend my "trial period" to two weeks. If I'm able to keep up going to the gym at least 5 times a week and eating healthy - drinking only on the weekends... I should drop weight. I NEED to lose at least 10 pounds by Mary's wedding.
