I'm kind of wondering if it's possible that the fact that i'm still nursing is what is keeping me from losing that final bit of weight...I'm eating pretty darn healthy, and I know I'm doing alright with the exercising, but I was reading something about starvation mode and how it actually prevents weight loss. For example, you need so many calories to maintain your lifestyle and only a certain amount less to lose weight. That, in combo with exercise is supposed to help the weight go down, but since I'm doing those things, coming in a few calories under what i'm supposed to be eating, and then still breastfeeding at nighttime, my body thinks it needs more to survive so is hanging on the the extra weight. I dunno...my other theory is that the pill i'm on for bf'ing is known for weight gain, so maybe when I switch back to the regular one, that should help too...Excuses? Maybe...but I'm in a rut and I'm trying to figure out why!
