I was just reading through my old journal entries...I have come a long way! I was so certain that I was going to stay my starting weight of 135. Now I can't imagine going back to that. And I didn't even pat my self on the back when I reached my goal. Well way to go me! I'm finding it a little harder than 2 months ago when i was in my stride but I have started working out a little bit more and now I'm considering a weight goal of 110. I haven't been that size since high school. I think I would rather just be happy and maintain the weight I am at but it feels like there is still weight to lose.
