Still fighting to get the extra pounds off from surgery and being immobile. I can't even exercise yet but am in physical therapy and doing very well. It will be 20 more sessions (10 wks) but as they progress I should get cleared for more exercise little by little.
Still aiming for 220, just a minor setback of 11lbs gained. No worries, I know how to take it off.
