Rosios thread today reminded me of body types. I was all, the difference is how much I ate and my exercise. When I was at my skinniest I walked and did yoga. The middle where I’m at now, I added more weight training and circuit. My fattest I ate and slept

I ran out of characters to write about what I ate. Left: I was on cabbage soup diet, metabolism stimulating syrups, I skipped breakfast, fat smash diet, starvation diets, lean cuisine, slim fast, diet shakes, binged and starved...starved and binged, thought it was bc my genes (my mother is overweight), thought bc I predisposed to being diabetic, thought bc I was an emotional eater, wondered why I ate as much as my skinny friends but I was so much fatter... thought it was my slow metabolism, ate until my stomach hurt more often then not because I thought that was what full meant..there are more...I slept a lot, didn’t do anything physical, work a desk job... Middle: average 1600 calories, mostly lchf, some keto. Most easy to maintain, heavy enough to make it harder to be thrown and have enough energy to get through most of my workout. Still feels better when I have more carbs, but finding that balance was difficult. Right: 1200, strict keto. I couldn’t do the sports I wanted to do so I did a lot of yoga and walking.

Eating and sleeping...I could follow that plan. Is that in a book or on video? Nice pics, Moopie! Oh, I just read your comment on the post; maybe I can't follow it. Sounds like a lot of work! :-(

Tom it was a lot of work, luckily some members here simplified it for us. Eat more than you burn to increase the size of your body.

Jcmama yesterday I liked the body type diet is not true. 😂😂😂 I remember some of the stuff I read and realized it was about how much I’m eating and what I’m doing that creates the body.
