jamur enoki 1 paket (118gr)
EVOO 1sdm
minyak sawit 2sdm
bon cabe (sesuai selera)
saus :
kikkoman teriyaki bawang 25gr
kecap saos raja rasa 19gr
kecap manis 1sdm
air putih 30gr
bagi 2
bawang putih 2 siung
daun bawang secukupnya
seledri secukupnya
1. campur bahan saus, sisihkan
2. lumuri rata ayam dengan EVOO

3. masak ayam diwajan sampai kecoklatan
4. saat ayam sudah setengah matang masukkan setengah cincang bawang, daun bawang, seledri biarkan sampai agak coklat
5. pinggirkan ayam diwajan masukkan telur diantara ayam
6.saat telur sudah setengah matang, masukkan campuran saus
7.masukkan jamur enoki usahakan kena saus
8. putar2 ayam dan enoki supaya saus merata
9. tunggu saus lumayan kering matikan api
10. tata semua di piring diatas nasi panas, taburkan sisa cincang daun bawang dan seledri. taburkan jg bon cabe sesuai selera. silahkan menikmati 😃
