Well I've taken a week off and it shows I gained 4 lbs! That's OK I've got my "game face" on again. I have a friend who is also dieting with a plan similar to what I'm doing but her shakes are from a thing called Herbal Life instead of Slim Fast.
I can do this I want to do this I WILL DO THIS.
