Can't sleep...again💩💩💩 I just downed 16 oz of water and although I have a full stomach, my urge to eat is off the charts. Since my brother Mario passed away on the 11th, I've been starving. I know he was proud of my progress so...no extra food. I miss him so much. Thanks for letting me vent. Good nite🙋

I haven't used anything to sleep because I'm caring for my Mother. She's lost her husband, stepdaughter & son in less than a year and a half.I have to be alert for her, she's exhibiting the primary on slaught of dementia. It's been a year.
