A casual lunch invite If you're in or near Melbourne, some of the fatSecret team (including me) will be meeting up with Keith Cooke at the Atomic Bar in Williamstown for a light lunch/social catch up (around 12:30-1pm start). Eating is fine provided it’s the right food & in the right quantities ;)
Parks are a great option of course, provided the weather is agreeable. Winter in Melbourne would make for a really short meetup!

Eating healthy is good and fun 🙂 but I’m trying to keep my intake calories less than 500-600 cal these days 😭😭😭 but thanks God seeing the result. It’s worth the hard work 😓. I also gonna try F45 . Walk videos from Leslie helped me a lot so far 🏃♀️🙏
