Weight holding steady. Was super busy at the gym this morning with the 'resolutioners' out in force. Ended up on one of the older tread-mills and did my full run at 7mph. Pretty exhausted from the weekend -- spent most of it working on our kitchen: priming, painting, hood install, etc.
