Have been eating late and not tracking my food. I also think I'm retaining water my ankles are swollen so I got back to drinking an apple cyder tonic to help with it. I have just been slacking off and have to get back on track.

we all go through these moments. I was recently told, "it is okay to take a break." the hard part is stopping the break and getting back on track. you got this! you have your goals. don't forget you are doing this for you, your quality of life, and your over all health. love your body and your body and you will feel amazing about yourself! you can do anything you commit and put your mind to.
