Adulting hard today... I have chronic back pain, sucked it up and went to work then took myself off to the doc for THE WORST INJECTION of my life!!! I swear they injected me with wasp venom! I am also going to be responsible with myself next week and avoid hard gym time, and will do some light swimming instead until I feel 💯% strong again!!!
