Well had a pretty good day exercised,didn't get anything from the snack machine haven't all week. I did eat lunch at work though a BBQ Pork sandwich but even with that and mac & Cheese for both lunch and dinner I stayed within my points values. Two over cal 5 over fat. But some of it was from nuts which is supposed to be "good" fat.

Lost a few more ounces I'm getting there inch by inch though I wish it were mile by mile but I'll take what I can get

Late entry. Oh no, snack attack that puts me 4 pts over and 9 grams of fat over oh well at least it was healthy snacks so it shouldn't hurt me to bad.
