Well it looks like I might just make it to 20 net carbs today! And you know what? Binging urges gone. Feel full. Feel great. AND my calories are where they need to be :)
This weeks coming meal prep will be kept simple old school Atkins induction...meat and small salads, max 4 ounces cheese, max 4 tbsp. of half and half.
I will just shake things up with the meat variety
