Oh my word - that is a fantastic inspiration. You must be so proud (and have an entirely new wardrobe by now!). I have a suit from about four years ago that I REFUSE to throw out as I am determined to wear again. That is going to be my marker / goal. I read a life laundry book and it says..anything that doesnt fit - throw it out, - and that might be easier - but I reckon its quite good to hang onto that goal? What do you reckon? Well done to you though!

WOWOWOW!! congratulations! you, and only you, know how difficult this journey is. im sure there have been a billion and one times when you wanted to quit or were discouraged or just tired of having to worry about everything. but its worth it, right? the rewards greatly outnumber all the hardships so keep it up! it gets easier. and every one pound you lose is four pounds of pressure off your knees.. so exercise is easier too! stay motivated and if you EVER need some support or are tempted by something, dont hesitate to shoot me a message! <3!
