I got my period very hard and it made me depressive and very very hungry. I ate chocolate, chips, hamburgers, pizza and all that bad stuff. Shame on me. . . But I´ll continue now, now that I feel better. And I really have to drink more. That period made me have so much water in my legs, it hurts right now. And I will use my Spinning-Bike for at least 5 minutes every now and then!
