Well today is the day . 4th March , I have given myself a massive kick up the ass . It is about time I started to take things a bit seriously, no more sweets , no more chocolate, no more rubbish food . I have been stuck in a rut of denial. Not even bothering to fill in my diet diary. Not even cared about what I was eating . Last year I did a complete change in my wardrobe . If I carry on the way I was , I once again have wasting my money ....
