My goal between these two pictures was to add muscle. I did a small bulk in between these two and a very mini cut. 🙂

Results were:

I weigh the same in both pictures, but my glute size went from 35”-37” and my waist 26”-25.5

For the quickest results as far as body composition goes, lifting heavy for 5-15 reps will produce the best results in the shortest amount of time. Rest time should be at least 1 min between sets for major muscle groups, it can be less for smaller muscle groups like biceps/calves. You don't need to drop walking as it raises your calorie burn to allow more nutrition and you won't have to cut calories as much but using cardio to create a bigger deficit isn't advised.
