I have a LifeFit wrist thingy I use but it doesn't really capture the sleep very accurately. Heartbeat and steps are fine though. It's okay and the price was like $40 compared to the high cost of a FitBit. I like keeping track of the steps and it goads me to get off my butt when I see the numbers for the day/week. I do not like the wrist band and wish there were better options but otherwise I'm happy with it.

I prefer the Garmin devices. I’ve had 2 POS Fitbit’s, and I keep going back to Garmin. The first Fitbit stopped working after 4 months, couldn’t return to store, couldn’t return to company 🙄 Then I got a second Fitbit (after almost 3 years using a Garmin) and it was such a pain to have to charge it that I returned it and bought another Garmin. Fitbit syncs with more apps but you NEVER have to charge a Garmin and that’s what I LOVE about them!

I have a FitBit Flex2 it has the fewest bells and whistles, tracking my exercise and sleep. I use to have the Up Move Go and was so sad when that company went belly-up. I think it's pretty accurate for counting steps and distance.

Misfit! They have a variety of devices and price ranges. and the basic ones still tell time! (That's what made me get my first one and I've been hooked since). The company has AMAZING customer service and it still acts like a smaller company and you're talking to a person; it's not a giant corporation that is overcharging just to have their name on something. I would buy anything from them because I am confident if I didn't like it or something went wrong they would work with me to fix it or let me return it

I had the Fitbit but now invested in the apple watch 3 series and LOVE it! The heart rate is way more accurate than my Fitbit was and tested that first before buying it (I do stress testing and my patients with fitbits were never as accurate as the watch) and depending on what you do for working out (I run) it’s helpful with tracking. I absolutely love the watch.

I wear my Fitbit charge 2 daily. I think it is accurate enough for my purposes. It has been a big help and motivator.

Wife bought me a Charge 3 for my Birthday. Wow, lots of complicated options/ settings. It’s been tracking my steps as I drive down the road due to vehicle vibrations I guess. Not tracking my sleep some nights. Thanks for the input!
