Good combinations that keep us all on track are super to each individual. Being afraid of certain macros because of some doctor with hypotheses is sad in my opinion. Now we have a successful individual who may influence others claiming protein is bad. No carbs, check, low protein, check. Ughh

Success was eating what I logged in hummus and corn chips last evening. Plan it, work it, rinse and repeat. Now, deviled ham, deviled eggs, may or may not be evil foods...hehhe...sorry Rosio ;)
