I am running a marathon in May, and need to get myself down to the weight I was when I ran one previously. Anything sub 70kg will do me just fine. Have tried to shift the extra weight over the last 6 months or so and just couldn't get it to move, so I am hoping sticking to this will shoot me along! I burn plenty of calories training but my diet has historically let me down. Wish me luck! I'm looking forward to watching other peoples progress also for motivation.
