I enjoy doing endurance Cardio too. My priority goal is to have lots of good energy on a daily basis. There is something about taking deep breaths that makes me feel so very energized. This morning I was feeling a little off when I woke up and i felt like crawling back into bed but I got myself on the Stair Master, put some good music and was soon dancing with the stairs! It is amazing how we can heal.
Going Camping on the Oregon Coast! My family, friends, dog and a bag of Jumbo Jet Puff Marshmallows. ( I am jet set lol) I will eat and drink with respect and moderation and do a lot of walking in the deep sand dunes as I watch the sun-set over the Pacific Ocean on these last days of Spring. Summertime approaches and I am grateful for my wonderful life:) TOWANDA!!!
